My girlfriend lives in Holyoke and I often crave Vietnamese food and there's not anything around, but here is this place literally in the middle of nowhere and it is delicious and I cannot wait to come back. Some places do sushi and hybrid chinese, no this is straight up Vietnamese, and I'm proud for them. I've only had the pho dac biet and it measures up!
Woot! Picked up daughter from the train and called ahead for take-out since I also picked up two road-weary kittens. The young woman who took our order was totally delightful and well-spoken. The order was ready for us when I got there. We ate in the car and the grilled beef skewer was a mind the best I've ever had. So tender. Actually medium rare inside. But with a char and great marinade. Dusted with chopped scallion and sesame seeds. No dipping sauce required. The interior dining room was very spacious and clean. It was a cloudy winter day so hard to tell if the lighting was perfect for the dining-in vibe or slightly dim; will have to report back -will definitely be back! extra shout out because the wife's Subaru is having battery issues and they were kind enough to give us a jump start. Father and son, with Dad giving pro advice on how to check if it's the battery or the alternator. Thank you!!!
Pho and spicy lemongrass soup were outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, great presentation. My 7 yo daughter had grilled chicken and rice - chicken was exceptionally good. Bubble teas were great too. Server helped with menu suggestions that were spot-on. We will be back.
Food was clean, fresh, and delicious. My son had a dish like a lime in he loved. I had the pad tai with chicken. Service was great too. Definitely will be back again soon. It is not a fancy place but good and service is great.

Love this place. I love quail too. We drive all the way from Northampton to get really good Vietnamese food. Love it
Eat it and tell me it's not amaze-balls!. I don't think there is one thing I would not eat on the menu. Definitely still very good as take-out. They package everything very well.
